William Warren Properties (WWP) our acquisition and property management entity is a real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition of high quality self storage properties with the potential for economic growth and capital appreciation. The self storage industry is a highly fragmented industry with the top five publicly traded companies owning only 15% of the total market. Our strategy has been and will continue to be to accumulate or cluster assets in major markets of the Western United States.

Because of the fragmented nature of our industry,we continue to believe there will be acquisition property candidates in markets where we already have an operating presence that will fit our strategic profile. This fragmented ownership provides an opportunity for a well funded entrepreneurial firm, such as WWP to continue its growth within geographically defined areas. Once acquired the projects are repositioned and flagged under the company's StorQuest Self Storage brand.
